A MESSAGE

FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT

A group of diverse students sitting together, looking at documents and a tablet, in a classroom with a green background, engaged in learning. A message from the Superintendent about academic success.

THRIVE ACADEMY

Thrive is redefining what a learning place can be.

Our students don’t just study hard in school, they live there too. They reside together in modern dorms during the week. On the weekends, they go home to their families.

At Thrive, we nudge students to become more independent, while also teaching them how to rely on their schoolmates. They learn many lessons on their own; living in dorms makes them responsible for their own actions and teaches them to respect their classmates.

Thrive is sanctioned by the State of Louisiana, which provides extra funding for our rigorous academic program and extra services, and pays for room and board.
